How do I set up my arcade game when it arrives?

All our arcade units arrive fully assembled and ready to play right out of the box. Simply plug in the machine, switch it on, and start playing. For any units requiring minor assembly, such as attaching a player panel, refer to our quick and easy installation guide included with your shipment.

Game Selection

How do I select and switch games on my arcade unit?

Navigating through games can be overwhelming when there are thousands of choices, but we're dedicated to making it easy! Use the joystick and buttons to scroll through the game menu displayed on your screen. Select your desired game by pressing the start button. Instructions are provided on the screen for your convenience. We're always working on ways to make this process easier and are always ready to help you over the phone, chat, or email!

Warranty and Repairs

What does the five-year warranty cover?

Our five-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes problems with the joystick, buttons, screen, and other components of the arcade unit. For more details or to make a warranty claim, please contact our support team.

 

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

We offer free shipping across the Continental U.S. Small fees may apply for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

 

Game Features

Can I set my arcade unit to operate with coins?

Most of our arcade games are set for Free Play by default but can be adjusted to operate with coins. This feature can be configured using the settings menu on your machine and adding the comparison coin to your games comparator. Give us a call and we'll be happy to help walk you through the process over the phone.

 

Custom Orders

Can I customize the games or hardware of my arcade unit?

Customizations may be available for certain models, including game packages and cabinet artwork. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and the available options.

How do I maintain and clean my arcade unit?

Keep your arcade machine clean by dusting it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners on the controls or screen. Ensure the unit is placed on a stable surface away from direct sunlight or moisture.
